1. Acceptance of these terms

By using the houzzdat.com website, the Houzzdat application, or the Houzzdat materials marketplace (together, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Services are operated by Houzzdat Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Houzzdat”, “we”, “us”). If you use the Services on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

2. The Services

Houzzdat provides construction site management tools and a marketplace for construction materials. Product listings, prices, and delivery estimates on the marketplace are provided by Houzzdat and its supplying vendors and may change without notice. A quote is an invitation to transact, not a binding offer, until confirmed by our operations team.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide (including delivery address, phone number, and GSTIN) and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@houzzdat.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Orders, pricing & payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and, unless stated otherwise, exclusive of GST, which is added at checkout at the applicable rate. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never store your card or bank credentials. An order is confirmed when payment succeeds (or when an authorised payment link is completed) and you receive an order number.

Obvious pricing errors may be corrected before dispatch; in that case you may cancel for a full refund.

5. Delivery & proof of delivery

Delivery timelines shown are estimates and depend on vendor stock and your pincode. On delivery you (or your site team) will be asked to confirm receipt. Shortfalls, damage, or wrong items must be recorded at the time of delivery through the proof-of-delivery flow so a dispute can be raised.

6. Cancellations, returns & refunds

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Because construction materials are bulk commodities, returns after acceptance are only available for verified quality or quantity disputes raised through the proof-of-delivery flow. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically settle within 5–7 business days.

7. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Services, including by submitting false orders or reviews, scraping data, interfering with the platform's operation, or violating applicable law. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Houzzdat's aggregate liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including project delays. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

9. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have.
